Stanley’s is a relaxed rooftop bar above Mayfair, created in honour of Stanley Tollman, whose lifelong passion for hospitality, cocktails, and delicious food inspired this space. He believed in the simple pleasures of sharing a drink, a meal, and good conversation.
For our family, naming the bar after him feels like a natural way to recognise those values and his rich legacy. We welcome you to enjoy Stanley’s as he would have, with warmth, generosity, and good company.
Opening hours
Open daily: 11am to 11pm
Through golden afternoons to velvet evenings, into nightfall and after dark, where every hour invites genuine connection.
Please note: from Monday 5th October, Stanley’s will open from 4pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday to Sunday opening hours will remain unchanged.

Perfect for cooler evenings, our covered rooftop is heated, with cosy blankets on hand so you can settle in whatever the weather. On selected evenings, live music from 5pm to 10pm adds to the atmosphere, making Stanley’s the perfect spot for after-work drinks and relaxed evenings with friends.
Unwind in style with Stanley’s curated cigar selection, featuring a distinguished range of Cuban classics and globally renowned blends. From smooth, balanced petit coronas to bold, full-bodied robustos, each cigar is selected for its craftsmanship, character and depth.

Cigar service: Daily, 8pm–11pm
Please note: Guests wishing to enjoy their own cigars on the rooftop are welcome, with a minimum bar spend of £50 per person.
