Adam is proud to lead the amazing team at The Chesterfield Mayfair. He is entirely focused on delivering a high level of service that turns first time guests into loyal friends. Adam started his career with Red Carnation Hotels over 25 years ago and is dedicated to delivering the best guest experience, just as he was all those years ago on the concierge desk.
Johal Scott is the Deputy General Manager at The Chesterfield Mayfair, bringing over a decade of expertise in luxury hospitality. A graduate of Bournemouth University in Hospitality Management, Johal joined Red Carnation in 2011 through the Management Training Programme. His career spans key roles across London and Guernsey, including as Director of Sales for London. Known for his leadership and passion for excellence, he ensures exceptional guest experiences at The Chesterfield Mayfair.
Jurgita first joined The Chesterfield Mayfair in 2004 as a room attendant; she is now proud to be leading our passionate housekeeping department. As Property Manager, Jurgita is dedicated to the health and safety of our guests and employees, as well as ensuring our property is upheld to the highest standard.
Samatha leads the events team at The Chesterfield Mayfair. From round tables, meetings and conferences to hen parties, private dining, and weddings, we offer the most dedicated service one could hope for. Through her zealousness and invaluable experience gained from over a decade in the hospitality sector, Samantha inspires her team daily to turn your dreams into a reality.
Having spent his career at different hotels in Europe, the USA and London, Alberto now takes pride in leading the front of house team at The Chesterfield Mayfair. Alberto ensures that no matter when you stop by the lobby or pick up the phone, his team are ready to assist you with a warm smile and an eye for detail.
Ashley is proud to be the leader of an exceptional team at The Chesterfield Mayfair. With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, Ashley has honed his skills and expertise to ensure that every dish is a masterpiece. His passion for food and his dedication to exceptional service remains as strong today as when he began his career.
Fiachra is delighted to head the food and beverage department at The Chesterfield Mayfair. His passion for all things F&B drove him to study at Shannon College of Hotel Management and he has now worked across hotels in Ireland, Germany and the Channel Islands. Maurizia has been at The Chesterfield Mayfair since 2018. Prior to this, she worked in hotels in Milan and throughout Italy before moving to pursue a career in hospitality in London. At The Chesterfield Mayfair, the menu allows her the opportunity to pair and showcase some of her favourite wines from the list, which is a great passion of hers. Maurizia would be delighted to assist with any queries that guests may have while dining at the restaurant.
Darren has spent the last 20 years working in London hotels within various concierge departments. He joined The Chesterfield Mayfair team in September 2000 where he was later promoted to Head Concierge. It gives Darren great pleasure to lead his concierge team, who are fully committed to providing each individual guest with a warm, friendly and attentive service.
Sarah Bristow leads the Red Carnation Hotels UK Reservations team, taking care of our guests' room reservations. If you would like to discuss an upcoming reservation, individual or group enquiry, Sarah will be delighted to assist with this and provide her personal recommendations.
