Our menus showcase delicious vegan and vegetarian options, such as our delectable heritage beetroot with goats’ cheese mousse; stuffed baby squash with chestnuts and kale and cashew pesto; and butter roasted cauliflower with Cornish gouda fondue. Carefully crafted skinny cocktail options are also available in the Terrace Bar.
Produced by the 250,000 honey bees that live in the four beehives on our rooftops, our delicious honey is served at breakfast and features in several of our signature cocktails.
