As the sun makes its annual fleeting appearance in London, we invite our guests to indulge in an unforgettable summer Afternoon Tea experience at Red Carnation Hotels. Whether you're celebrating Wimbledon at The Montague on the Gardens or visiting the highly anticipated Paula Pastry and Champagne Lanson pop-up at The Rubens at The Palace, each Afternoon Tea promises a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a perfect blend of tradition, luxury, and summer charm.
The Egerton House Hotel
At The Egerton this year, we have a speciality Summer Afternoon Tea for our guests to experience. With tantalising treats including a fluffy Victoria sponge cake with raspberry jam, vanilla cream and fresh seasonal berries, or our signature ‘summer celebration’ pastry, a vanilla custard tart served with fresh strawberry jam and an elderflower infusion, this promises to be an Afternoon Tea to remember.

The Montague on the Gardens
Join us for a delightful Afternoon Tea to celebrate the highly anticipated return of Wimbledon here in London this summer at The Montague. Indulge in a selection of exquisite treats and refreshing beverages as we honour this iconic sporting event in style.

The Rubens at the Palace
With The Royal Mews, Buckingham Palace, in full view, The Rubens hosts an Afternoon Tea like no other. With delicate pastries including ‘The Crown’, made with vanilla cheesecake, mango, passionfruit curd and coconut sponge, or a raspberry sandwich, a pistachio choux, and a banana and caramel tart, there is plenty to choose from to satiate your appetite this summer.
Dates: Monday to Friday: 12pm to 5pm, Saturdays: 12pm to 6pm, Sunday: 12pm to 5pm

The Milestone Hotel & Residences
Our Afternoon Tea at The Milestone Hotel is the perfect balance of sweet and savoury this summer, featuring three tiers of sandwiches, French pastries and cakes followed by fruit and raisin scones with Cornish clotted cream, homemade preserve.

Dates: Every Monday to Sunday, with the option of three different sittings: 1pm to 3pm, 3pm to 5pm, and 5pm to 7pm
The Chesterfield Mayfair
If you’re looking for a whimsical Afternoon Tea in the heart of Mayfair, venture to The Chesterfield for their Sweet Shop Afternoon Tea. The Chesterfield celebrates the joy of rediscovering old favourites and the thrill of finding something new and scrumptious. Savour freshly made finger sandwiches, homemade scones, and a selection of delicious cakes and pastries inspired by the magic of an original sweetshop.

Dates: Monday to Sunday, 12.30pm to 5.30pm
