Discover what our beloved Red Carnation Hotels have planned in London for 2022.
22 Feb 2022
The Terrace Bar at The Chesterfield Mayfair has come alive again in 2022, with a real buzz returning to the hotel. Our talented bartending team has been busy developing new creative cocktails, and live music is now setting the scene almost every evening.
We are delighted to announce the reopening of The Rubens at the Palace’s beautiful English Grill for dinner service on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. It has brought us immense pleasure to see life returning to London, and this marks a significant step to returning to business as usual.
The Rubens’ signature experiences are also worth highlighting, with a huge range of tastings, masterclasses and tours on offer. You will be blown away by Executive Chef Ben Kelliher’s Borough Market experience, providing guests the opportunity to create a bespoke, seven-course plant-based menu from ingredients they hand-select at Borough Market.
The Montague’s Bottomless Afternoon Tea has proven to be an enormous success in recent months. Guests enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited Lanson Champagne and food, with a mouthwatering selection of cakes, pastries, scones and finger sandwiches. This experience is elevated in the summer months, with a guaranteed table on The Montague’s peaceful outdoor terrace.
The Montague is currently developing a unique MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience, featuring the opportunity to try your hand at honey extraction and beeswax candle pouring as part of their beehive initiative. Full details of this educational foray into the secret life of the Bloomsbury bees will be released shortly.
The Egerton House Hotel is looking forward to unveiling a Jubilee Afternoon Tea in celebration of Her Majesty The Queen. The Egerton’s kitchen team are thrilled to be collaborating with Paula Stakelum, Red Carnation’s incredibly talented Director of Chocolate & Patisserie, leading the team at Ashford Castle.
The Milestone Hotel & Residences is developing a showstopping Jubilee schedule. They’ll be offering their own commemorative Afternoon Tea, in addition to a Jubilee stay packed full of activities.
The Jubilee package will include Champagne Sabrage, a special Jubilee picnic, a private tour of Kensington Palace, a private recital from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, portraits from a royal photographer, a private viewing at the National Gallery and many more surprises along the way. Full details of this remarkable weekend will be unveiled shortly.
